RESERVING YOUR ORDER

To ensure the highest level of service and reserve your order, the following policies apply to all wedding cakes and large celebration cakes (quinceañeras, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, or custom multi-tier orders).

Booking Fee (Save-the-Date Fee)

• Amount: $25 -50

• Reserves your date(s) 

• Non-refunable

• Applied toward your final total once your cake design is confirmed

*Your date is not secured until the booking fee is paid.*

Design Consultation & Quote

We will schedule a consultation (in-person, phone, or virtual) to finalize:

• Cake size and servings

• Flavors and fillings

• Cake tasting can be scheduled; the cost for this service is $60.00 and is charged separately.

• Décor and custom design

• Delivery and setup options

• Additional Desserts (optional)

• Finalize pricing- estimate, invoice

An estimate will be provided after the consultation.

Deposit Requirement​

•  $50.00 for celebration cakes

• $100.00 for Wedding cakes

• ensures your order is prioritized

• Non-refundable

• Upon approval of the estimate, an invoice is sent reflecting the booking fee, deposit, and payment breakdown.

 

 Payment

• After the booking fee and deposit are paid, the balance will be divided into partial payments

• Payment of 50% or the first partial payment is due to start preparation of the order.

• Final payment is due 14 days before the event for wedding cakes

• Final payment is due 7-14 days before the event for large celebration cakes

*Orders not paid in full by the due date will be canceled without a refund if proper notification is not given.*

Cancellations & Refunds

• Booking Fee: Non-refundable.  

• Deposit: Non-refundable.  

• If the event is rescheduled, the booking fee, deposit, and any unused funds can be transferred within a period of up to 6 months. The balance due is the client's responsibility.

• In the event of cancellation, the booking fee and deposit are non-refundable; however, we may refund all unused funds if proper notification is provided.  

• Design Changes: Last-minute design changes may be declined if they impact production. Additional fees will be added for all alterations.

Date Changes / Rescheduling

• Transfers are possible if the new date is available

• The booking fee and deposit cannot be transferred  if the new date is unavailable

Delivery & Setup

• Delivery and setup fees are separate from all other costs and the cake /desserts quote.

• Mileage and/or additional service fees are used to calculate the delivery cost.

• Set-up fees are $50- $100 (depends on the needs for the cake and additional desserts)

• Strongly recommended for all tiered or delicate cakes and desserts to ensure safe handling and presentation.

Stands & Display  

• We do not rent out cake stands, props, or display items

• We can assist clients in sourcing and purchasing the necessary décor for their event.

• We are happy to work with what is provided by the venue. 

 

Company Insurance

• Provide coverage as needed for the venue.
